I finally put a back-up-camera on my 750 after I plugged it the third time. Point it right down to where the material comes out the back of the machine and watch it like a hawk.

yeah , a camera is good idea , probably find one at rural king? i would set mine on watchin the fodder out the back ,and paint a yellow nmark on the recleaner pulley to watch . those are my problem childs .,none of the modernb/s magnetic pikups work rite anymore on my 750 ,. even if they did , i dont have a spare hand to go screwing with knobs to get another monitor section , and that overhead lite up console is useless with the tiny lites , but it is pretty when everything goes wrong at once , LOL . my eyes are on the rows and the head ,,. My Ears eyes and nose and the way that critter shakes and trembles Tell Me More Than anything ,.and i knew sumthin was up last nite ,..I just wanted to go that last 100 feet ,.,LOL ,.. what do you make of this uranium deal to the Russians??over 20percent of US supply went there! WTFH,,.and no one knows who REALLY GOT PAID and how Much,?. my son called me to tell me i need to watch the news tonite ,,...it just blew me away ! flaberghasted !. Good Gawd help US ?

I had a 750 for a number of years. It pluged like your talking about. Someone told me to see if I had a curtain that hung down behind the walkers. I check and I didn't have one. The reasoning behind the curtain was to keep the chopper from throwing material back at the walkers and plugging them. I put the curtain in and no more problems. I also put a sensor above the walkers out of a John Deere combine that signaled if straw was building up on the walkers. It is a amazing how much material will jam in the back of the combine. Hope this helps.

Had a 750 and a 860 for a while. We broke final drives and rear axles more than once.---Tee

I run combines made in the 1980s, have to expect a few issues.

My relatives run a 2011 combine, it broke a bearing on the straw chopper, and now broke a bracket and related parts on a shaker arm. He emailed me at 4:15 this morning, can't sleep because the combine been in the shop for a while day, and his brother had to drive 420 miles to pick up,parts for the dealer to fix it.

They only farm 2x as many acres as me, 2 people in just one, and when my combine breaks I get to be head parts runner and head mechanic too....

All depends on your personality I guess. Maybe I'm so busy trying to fix the darn thing I don't have time to worry about it.... ;)
