Factory wire connector and crimpers

Anyone have knowledge on where to get factory type wire connector and crimpers? We no longer have a RadioShack. They may not have them anyway. Go to the local parts store and they have no idea. Working on a Dodge MFS that the connector melted down. Bought a splice kit from Dodge that requires a special crimper to butt splice. I would rather just replace the ends but do not know where to get them. About ready to just butt splice it old school but it would be nice to do it right.

"Factory" depends on the factory I
guess, there's many different types amp,
Deutsche and many others, each use a
special tool should be available online
once you identify the terminal which
some Google images likely will help you
do

Yes, these people have a kit.

They are the folks I got the computer from for my EFI

Thank you for the quick replies. I looked auto wiring and came up with a shop I use for starters and generators. He probably has what I need. Wish I would've thought of him before I went to the stealer.

I was working on the main cab harness plug on a
macdon swather could not find the right pins to fit
the plug I had to bypass the connector

Those dam factory terminals will drive you crazy, Gm dealer I worked for must of had a dozen plastic boxes full of inch and a half square compartments full of different terminals plus a half dozen different crimpers.

I have one of these interchangeable die crimpers and have yet to find the individual wire terminal that it wont properly crimp. It is a bit cumbersome for your basic insulated terminals and for that I use a Klein pliers type. If your working on multiple wire plugs you need the specialty tools made to work on them.
