Temp got up to 70 or so.
Probably one of the last days we'll have that we can do this.
I shot some color on a pair of Ford industrials my pal Kenny and I are working on. But the leaves wanted to fall in the fresh paint. Grrr.
Not making jewelry out of these though so a couple of blems in the paint aren't going to matter much. Hopefully we'll each have a nice, clean tractor when we're done.

Looking good, can't wait to see it finished. Stark contrast, super high humidity around here this morning and most of the day, but should be clearing out. Sun not being as strong this time of year makes a big difference, but that tropical air sure can move in and linger. No different than a humid summer day, just not enough sun to create high heat.
Gnats and such were miserable all weekend, they are usually long gone by now.

It was nice down here too. But if you had painted here - you'd have had hundreds of Asian beetles stuck in your new paint... they were thick today.
 
It was a beautiful day here too, but was hard to do much outside on account of Asian beetles and no seeums. Those little pepper specks bite like they have crocodile jaws!
 
Helped my son set rafters on a pole shed today. Good weather for that. Used the skidloader boom I made this summer, knowing he needed one. Pops them up to 19 feet real easily. Cushy job- drove 65 miles to his place, he unloaded the skiddie and chained it back down when we were done. Pa just had to sit and drive all afternoon.
