Finished around 5:30. Somewhere north of 400 loads, I haven't totaled it yet. Man, that is a good feeling.

You mention a load count...I found baler counters in salvage yards and had one in each of three field tractors, mounted by the side window...SOP was to click the counter after pulling the rope on the hitch pin.

A new holland 240 with a 3 row head. This is year two with a newer tractor, a Deere 8235 R. Prior to that, we used our 4850. We did 7 10X300 bags, and 3 10x250s. I'll have to count all the loads in my load notebook.

Took these the last few days. The ones with the chopper are taken in some new silage corn from Mycogen that will be introduced at Dairy Expo this coming week. Not the tallest stuff, but yielded well and tested really well.
