Well-known Member
Buddy of mine asked me if I had any interest in this stationary
power unit today. He said it runs good but the clutch went and
the pump that was behind it was ruined.

Looks like it maybe a Waukesha. Casting is 195020-D Eng Chg 69143
I don't really have any interest in it but if any of you other Michigan
guys do I can put you in touch with him. Shame for it to sit in the weeds.

Somwhere in my little shop full of clutter is an old Waukesha magneto. Daddy got it from somewhere
years ago, never did anything with it. He'd clamp it lightly in a vice with a plug wire hooked up to
it, get me to hold it close to the vise body and spin the shaft. Wow, that thing made a blue flame of
a spark!! If I can find it, I'll see if it still works and let y'all know.

I'm glad to see it go to good use instead of setting in the weeds.
 
You saved me a trip. I was gonna go get it Sunday if he hadn't sold it yet,if for no other reason than to get it home and put it inside until somebody needed it.
Stop up when you go to pick it up if you get the time.
 
About 30 miles north of where that motor is. Up by Sheridan. Straight up M66. Royse is just off 66 before you get to my place.
