I have both locating bolts out and the 6 point screw out of the ring. The hydraulic head doesn't want to come out of the pump body. Manual says to pull and twist it out by hand. This one won't move with moderate help from a channel lock pliers with the pump held in a vise. Thank you for any advice you may have. :D

Have you taken the throttle housing apart? There is
a piece in the top that goes threw the case and into
the head, can't remember what it is called but you'll
see it when you take it apart

I always put a bolt in one of the high pressure outlets and a little prying against the housing would pop them out. Even if you leave metering valve in , they will move a little. I believe you said you had the head locating screws all out .
