It was a comunity/family project,and I was proud to be invited to the tradition,,these pictures are from quite a while ago.We made regular sausage links too,It was a great time for me for sure.i have lots of great memorys of PA,
 
Thanks for posting it Larry. I am a big fan of your pictures and posts. Good luck today I am praying for you! I look forward to you getting back to normal and posting activities again. As a side note I will be planting turnips as quick as it gets dry enough. Sure been a wet year around here.

Hey Larry that scrapple looks great. For a lot of people, they don't know what scrapple is and they don't know what they're missing. I make it often but I don't use scraps I use pork butt and it turns out really good.
Some good recipes on Youtube for anyone who might want to try a small batch and see what they've been missing.
