Help identify ford 4500 hydraulic pump

I have a 1967 Ford 4500 industrial tractor with a 755 backhoe attached. I have found the vane pump is no longer serviced and have not been able to locate the correct replacement. I see online that a d1nn600b might be a replacement but I also see that the ports on the d1nn600b are on the sides and mine are both on the top.

From what I can tell, the ports are identical - just in a different orientation.

I have heard that my pump might be a Vickers vane pump number V3-1F-17G15B-20-L.

I think the original p/n was a 10C01 and the conversion p/n is a 309929 both are obsolete according to new Holland dealer.

This is similar to the d1nn600b but both ports are on the top ... when standing at the front of the backhoe, the low pressure is in front of the high pressure.

That being said, does anyone know of a replacement pump for the vickers? If not, has anyone been able to use a standard D1NN600B pump and adapt it. I dont see a problem on the low pressure side (on my right when looking at the pump when standing in front of the tractor), but I am not sure that there is enough room on the high pressure side (on the left side)

Any help would be appreciated

THANKS

According to my search the vane pumps suction is on top but the pressure outlet is on the side like the later gear pump but uses a different fitting.

Most times a new set of vanes along with bearings and bushings will fix these old vane pumps, a good hydraulic repair shop should be able to match up a set of vanes for you.

As for converting the the later Cessna gear pump you'll need both the suction and pressure tubes for that pump, in that case a tractor salvage yard is your friend.
