Farmall C hydraulic leak

I have a 1951 Farmall C with touch control hydraulics and am constantly adding fluid. It seems to be leaking out of the front end and down onto the front tires. The leak appears to be in front of the pump and I cannot see any fluid around the pump. What should I check up front to find it. Thank You for any help you can offer! Steve

If the oil level in the engine crank case is way over full, the oil is leaking from the drive end seal on the pump and filling the engine, which then leaks oil out the front. There are two different pumps, one is an Oring, the other is a seal. Let us know what you find. Jim

Jim,
Thank You for the help. I opened up the upper oil fill valve and got 4 or 5 quarts of oil out. I have ordered the seal to hopefully fix the problem. On another issue I plan on installing a sleeve and piston overbore kit ( the engine has been replaced with super C #354898R2) do you or anyone else have a preference on brand Tisco , Firecrater , M&W , Clevite , etc.
