ford 4500 hydraulics issue

Hey folks.

I am rebuilding the hydraulic controls for the ford 755 on my 4500tlb. There is a swing stop limiter to keep the boom from slamming into the stops.

This device attaches to the bellcrank for the handle for the swing and is supposed to link to a cam that rides on the swing post.

I am missing the cam assembly and it appears that new holland does not show the part as a good number.

If anyone happens to have a parts tractor I would appreciate contact.

This is the old style with the straight control rods.

also looking for the links that connect the valves to the lower bellcranks.

Thanks for any help in advance.

If it is that fork looking part #38 as shown in other post. I have half that has clevis on it. The other side is same with no clevis tab. It can be made from steel rather than cast. I will send it for the postage if interested. I am in process of parting out a 4500 TLB.

Are the all pivot holes in the swing post, and boom in decent shape? I have to fix the ones in mine because they are in really bad shape (pivot pins wore past the bushings). Does it have a 740 loader on it? (if it does I wish I had the money, I'd just buy the whole thing from you).

I believe that is exactly what I am looking for. Let me know what you need to send it and I will send you a money order.

Email is open.

Thanks Shaun.

Hi Pt.

Yes it has the 740 loader on it.

Bought the unit basically as a basket case,
engine parts in 5 gallon pails and had a
great time rebuilding it.

Sorry, she is not for sale.

I got my own 1971 4500 TLB, paid $1400 for it had a spun rod bearing, and a transmission problem. The day I bought it, and got it to my brothers shop.

If I had the money I would just buy the one Shaun is parting out. Anyways here is the progress of mine since I got it on Jan 2nd 2017. The 4x4 transmission with the torque converter mine has will be taken off next (and go up for sale) once I get the bearings to put the 6x2 transmission back together to replace the 4x4 transmission.
