Ok, ok....

Any comment I make could be well meaning but might not come out real well if that is your gal or family one way or another. ;)

My barley just headed out, but I have a problem in mine, I wasn't thinking and didn't kill off the clover/alfalfa that was there so it's a bit of a mess.

Anyhow your field looks much more interesting.... I find rocks and weeds and occasionally bits of lost metal, never nothing like that......

Cut high when you harvest the barley, then cut the straw again at ground lever and bale everything. Spread that straw out for bedding the animals will eat most of it to get the dried alfalfa and clover.
 
How , when ,... No Why do you make time to fool around with a farm ?? Barley looks fine , But I don't think I would chance leaving that pretty girl standing out there too long , lol . All the best to the both of you . Bruce

Was wondering how you and Casey were doing, haven't heard you mention much for quite a while. Hang on there. Wish I had my equivelent of her yet but I lost mine 27 months ago and sure miss here. So hang in there as long as she will let you.
 
beautiful young lady you have there bryce.......is that the future mrs bryce frazier????????? now keep in mind all us yt'ers spect an invite to the weddin and reception!!! ya need a live band, open bar, no fru-fru drinks, just beer wine, whiskey and soda for the non drinkers. fried chicken, mostacholli, and sliced beef in gravy, taters, salads, desserts 'll do us fine!!!! i'll be checkin my mail box daily for the invite!!!
 
Dang! No wonder you ain't around here much. I'd be hanging out with her too if I was you, MUCH more fun that way!
 
How come I never get blondes in my grain fields. What type seed and fertilizer? Must be doing something wrong. Looking good Bryce.
 
Bryce You have a nice crop of barley growing. You also are lucky to have a nice partner along for your trip through this life. Keep working on/with both and your life will be richer.
