I inherited DB 3800 and would like some help to figure out the how to operat the hrdraulucs to run a small plow to grade

Terminology is important here. When You say plow, we think you mean either a device for turning over soil with a warped metal
"bottom" or multiple bottoms, or a device for moving snow sideways. A back blade, or box blade is for leveling and contouring
earth. If the blade is hooked to the 3 point hitch, there will be a lever that controls its up and down motion. Angular
adjustment is usually a manual pin and hole arrangement to allow various positions. Tilt adjustment is usually a screw adjustment
on the hitch lift bars that adjust tilt. I hope this helps, it is pretty generic. Jim
