Removed 15 year old stump cover

Well-known Member
Instead of having stumps ground, I covered stumps with dirt and flowers. Flowers needed thinned out. Landscape timbers were termites food.

The stump came out very easily. It was heavy enough to lift from wheels off ground even with dirt in front bucket.

The holes in ground were under stump.

Have you ever seen the holes below the stump? I'm thinking they may be where the roots used to be. What's your thoughts?
