No It would need to be a Super MTA to have that feature. There is no way to retrofit a IPTO other than an entire SMTA rear 1/2. Using an overrunning clutch for the trans driven PTO will make it at least safer. Jim
 
Though not ideal, they work well on small squares with a over running clutch in the PTO drive shaft. THe issue without the clutch (available at farm stores) is pushing in the clutch allows the baler flywheel to continue to push the tractor forward making a excessive slug of windrow worse. A 300, or 350 SMTA or 400 450 Farmall will be the IH first choice. Jim
 
No on the live pto. We baled thousands of small squares with an M, if you needed to clear a slug in a big 1st crop windrow you just slipped the tractor out of gear. I started to run the tractor baling before I could reach the clutch and brake at the same, no power steering, didn't like it, had no choice. We had a side mt. mower on another M with a conditioner behind, worked slick.
