Exchanged some words with my sister...
lots and lots and lots of 'em!
Yacked a bunch while she was here. LOL

She stayed for 4 days and we had more darn fun than any two old ladies should have (she is the oldest and I am the youngest - with over 13 years between us - but we've probably always been the closest).

Anyhooo, what they say about fish and company after three days... is not always true. :)

Husband didn't even mind having her here for that long - BUT us "girls" did do a lot of road running so we pretty much stayed out of his hair.

NEXT UP: Crazy cousin from Miami for 3-4 days in June...
After that, I'll probably be banned from having house guests for at least a year - maybe TWO!

I hope you meant Tales as another forum and you are not cheating on us with some way outside forum!
I enjoy your stories.

I used to have a sister once. ......But she abused that privilege one too many times. Fortunately is not a blood thing - both adopted, and years apart!!

...Oh, and I'd like to run her over with my tractor. There, NOW this is a tractor-related thread! No need to thank me SweetFeet - the pleasure was all mine, I'm sure!

Hey, a guy's gotta dream about [i:75760c368a]something[/i:75760c368a], right? 8)

my sister was accidently killed by a post driver twenty years ago.her and my brother were driving post when the adjustable top link on the three point came unscrewed letting it fall backwards to the ground unforunetly at that moment was where she was standing.a simple safety chain should have been used but at that time nobody really thought about something like that happening.i posted this hoping others will keep the safety chain in mind the next time there driving post.

Rick n oh,

So sorry, for the loss of your sister. Terrible thing to have happen.

Hard to lose a sibling. My brothers got in an auto accident and one brother died... he was only 15. Was darn hard for my whole family to deal with it.

Thanks, Leroy.

Well, maybe you'll have to drop by Tales. :)

The secret knock is:
One big knock... then 4 little taps in quick succession. LOL

Well, my sister who is a year and a half younger called me last night. we talk usually once a month or so. But this time she was looking to be invited to stay over tonight because she is attending a wedding reception nearby, and it doesn't start until six so it is too late for her to drive home. So I told her that we would be happy to put her up for the night. That led to a tiring day for me because it caused me expedite a few repairs around the house.
