I hope the strong storm did not tear your place apart. .30 inches liquid plus golf ball size hail probably around a half inch total of water. I never saw hail so big and in such quantity. I think by looking while it fell there were chunks that were much larger. I guess more rain before sun up and it was just starting to get dry enough to work this afternoon. Now rain in the forecast for sure Sunday and Monday with tomorrow at 20 percent chance meaning rain off of Lake Ontario. If any corn was up any amount it most likely got pummeled.

.75" rain here. Came sideways! Some tree damage around, none for me. Just a trace of hail. I found one field fit to fit this morning. Went on another this afternoon, which wasn't really ready, but I kept going. Making my own electricity since 5 PM. I was listening to the weather radio in the tractor, and watching the storms come across the lake north of me, going towards Auburn.

Must be just south of you Bob, storm was tough in Summerhill. Yup rain sideways for sure.

Lots of lightning and wind, but no hail in my neck of the woods - 15 miles NW of Cooperstown - it was a heck of a light show
