Thanks to all the people on the list who took time to shot ideas. Even though some of them were very scary possibilities. It really is amazing to be able to bounce ideas around. I am back up and operational. In the end the countershaft bolt on the countershaft gear on the forward clutch side worked it's way out. The entire countershaft gears slid an inch or so out of alignment with the clutches jamming them into place. When I changed out my clutch packs I put that bolt on with impact and that was that. Well I guess I didn't put enough on it. I had to split the machine at the tranny, pull the countershaft gear out, and remove the clutch. Put it all back in after inspecting everything all is good, just a few scratched up gear teeth. I manure that bolt with impact and then put the torque wrench in it. It went way farther in with proper torque. Put it all back together, fired right up. Filled it with a crap load of fluids and bam back to work. No parts, just a bear if a job to do in the field.
Again,
Thank you all
