There must be something about old tractors that affects our brain. I've been wanting a project tractor for a while and found one with a non running Farmall 100. When I was thinking about such a project I was also thinking if I got one I could spread out the work it needed and thus the cost of parts over the summer months and maybe have it running by fall. Unfortunately its done nothing bur rain here this spring so I have spend my time working on the tractor which means I spend all the money and bought all the parts to get it running now. Good news is I expect to have the tractor running this weekend, bad news is I haven't learned a thing about costs on these things from the last projects I've done. Worst news is I will probably do it again sometime in the future.
