Thanks to all who replied. I tried all the ideas and ended up cutting some relief lines into the rib, then got some small flat blade screwdrivers and pried the antler up until I could grab it with pliers and pull it out. Ended up with a very slow leak so gonna have to put a patch on the inside anyway.
This(2nd photo)is what I got out of the tire(1st photo).

I would take it to tire store that works on tractor tires and have them put a tube in it. They can also put a patch on inside of tire.

The last rear tire I took the to be repaired, the rim was so rusty inside, I took the rim home, cleaned the rust off it. Used rust remover, painted it with rustolum, then flex seal to hide the ruff rust pits. Tire store recommended a tube.
