I went to a sale at Clarksville, Iowa yesterday--lots of stuff. Had 4 auction trucks going the whole sale. One truck sold ducks, geese, rabbits. turkeys, chickens etc.. for 2 hours. The buy of the day was the 1440 combine for $1050. I know it sold for my jockey buddy bought it.---Tee

Thats the kind of sale I like, the AC 190 would have sold higher if I had of been there.

(quoted from post at 08:58:00 04/10/17) so what was wrong with the 1440 that it brought so little?

Lot of factors can be a play. Could be the markets, the timing of the sale, even the dealership that supports in in a given area or just the given needs of farmers in the area
