Need another Speedometer Shop!!!

The Metro Speedometer Shop is closed. I am looking for a shop that can repair tachometers. Anyone know of one that is still open???? I am willing to ship nation wide. The cheap replacement tachometers are not holding up. I would rather have A repaired original one.
 
I used Scott Speedometer Service. They changed out a Harley speedo to a Police face and serviced it for 100 dollars plus cost of new glass.

Jerry Trickta (sp?) evergreen restoration. Does gauges and tachs.
I don't have the number handy but try google.
 
I used Bobs to repair a tach for a 300 utility, about 20 years ago. Looked and worked like new after they worked on it.
 
I used Star Speedometer, Haim Zeevi, 12 Federal Lane, Palm Coast, FL 32137, (386)569-5284. Very fast turn around time. Priced quoted in phone call was what I paid. To my knowledge no email so it is either US Mail or phone call. Very good workmanship. He even furnished the needed tach cable for $35 IIRC and told me what length I needed. I measured to verify and he was spot right on. I would/will use him again.
 
Jerry goes to Le Sueur almost every year. I know he replaces glass and faces into all sorts of gauges, but I am not sure if he does repair of the actual gauge.?????.
 
try Hemming's Motor News, pick up a copy off the newsstand or try their website. There's usually a few people advertising speedometer repair. If you really want to get high brow get a copy of their annual as it has lists of folks so you can find someone to do about anything done on an old or collector vehicle, a lot will trickle over to tractors
 
in Omaha we have Steering Column Repairs. I went a different route, but he was set up to repair my stepper motors in my 2005 Silverado.

He restored the tachometer from my Farmall 400. Excellent workmanship.
 
I recommend Star Speedo like a couple others mentioned. I just had two Farmall 560 ones totally redone along with new cables made in Feb and am very happy! I called Haim on the phone first and told him what was wrong. He called me back after receiving and looking at them and quoted the same price. It was only a week turn around as well. The place I had been using for years in Arkansas took a couple months the last time I sent one and I didn't know if I was gonna get it back. They were never ever that slow before.
