I began using Harb. Freight epoxy, it is easy to get lots of it. It mixes well, sets REALLY fast, which is so handy. My question, since it sets so fast, is this stuff good? Long lasting? Durable? I will just use it for ordinady repairs, not high temp, not anything engine-important.

If it is suiting your needs, go for it.
They may have it in a slower set, or use less hardner if you need to slow it down.
Usually that is a preference call.
Do you want fast set, get the piece back to work?
Or do you need extra time for positioning, clamping, etc?
