I put these IH H wheel weights on my 454 by drilling the weights to align with existing holes in the 454. Also put spacers on the bolts between the rim and weights. Seems to be working out with no wobbling.
 
That's kind of what I did, the holes in the weights lined up. 5/8 cairage bolts fit the tractor
wheels and I secured the pipe spacers with cotter pins.
 
Yup we did that. Then put a set of Allis Chalmers weights behind the IH ones. That way they were flat on the outside. There is also about 400 on the inside of the wheels on each side with the tires loaded on our 574. If I put the rear weight on the 3 pt I can pull my semi in off the road when stuck in the mouth of the driveway.
