How do I change from VGA to DVI cable on my computer?
When I switch cables, everything is LARGE like when in safe mode.
I can reduce view to a lower setting but images are a little distorted.
No adapters are involved, cables hook direct to Modem and monitor.
Is there a way to make DVI work like VGA?

Set your screen resolution higher.
If you right click on an open area of the desktop (where your icons are) you will get a menu: depending on your version of Windows you will see something like Display settings or screen resolution. If you are still running XP then the menu item you want will be properties then the settings tab.
The higher the better for fine detail. Some settings are for wide displays and some are for the older more square monitors. (some computers hide resolutions that wont work with your monitor.)
