I was at a Auction today and two real nice Kubota tractors sold:

This one is a M135GX tractor with only 1503 hours. The tractor looked like new. The paint was shiny. The loader was a LA2254 and the paint was not even worn out of the bucket. The high bid was $55,000 and was a no sale. A friend bought it after the sale for $58500. That seems like a good deal to me if your looking for that model of tractor.

This one is a Kubota M100X with 1986 hours. It is in good condition too but has set out as the paint is faded some. This one has a LA1953 loader. It sold in the auction for $31,000. This seems an even better deal if you needed a 85 HP tractor/loader.

I wonder how this compares to the Canadian prices??

Right smart of difference in dealer cost on those two tractors. Around here the 135 might have been just a little cheap. Market is hot on any tractor that is prior to Tier 4 engines. Hard to find low hour cab tractors anywhere.

JD Seller, you had posted earlier about maybe going to Hawaii- I have a nice time share, not going to use it this year- message me if you might be interested- email is open. Or anyone else- you can have it for the annual maintenance fee, which is much less than you can find anything on the web. I think I can assign it to someone else, but not sure- and not going to look into it unless someone is interested.

I would like to find a deal like the M100x.
How come all the good deals are so far away?

Those would be good auction prices here. 30k can $ will buy a 100x with no loader private sale. Closer to 40k with a good loader. Usd is
about 70% of that.

JD, Those two tractors are very close to what I have/had . I still have the
M135GX, but I traded the smaller tractor. My smaller tractor was a series
newer than the one at the auction . My tractor was a M100GX. It cost us $1.40
Canadian to exchange for $1.00 U.S. So if you added 40% to the cost of those
two tractors, the M100X would cost $50,000.00 in Canadian money, and would
seem about right . The M135GX would have sold for $81,900. , which again would
be within reason . My M135GX has 800hrs on it now , and I gave $93,000.00 when
I bought it new. If you assumed that it will cost $14.00 per hour , for every
hour you put on a tractor . Then the M135GX with 1503 hours , has had about
$21,042.00 of value used off of it's life. So the M135GX tractor at the
auction probably sold for very close to it's value, and maybe a tad higher.
The bigger tractor is much more tractor than the smaller M100X in both power
and the M135GX has a better cab too. Bruce
