That's a pretty crazy shifter! Did the regular styled AR's and 60 standards have that same goofy shifter, or was it just on the orchard tractors?

no, thats the standard gear shift on these tractors. big difference shifting a W6 or massey 44 from the same era.

Neighbor had an AO in full tin like that. Can still hear it poppin' away across the fields, pulling three fourteens or a disc. Poor Erv was so deaf, when Grandpa would head over to arrange hay baling later in the day, you could hear some of the conversation drifting across the valley on a still morning.
