I have used it and it works great just follow directions on cleaning tank first. I assume ethanol would be fine in it a lot of motorcycle
guys use it.

I used it on my Farmall, no problems with regular ethanol gas for many years now. Pour it into a clean tank, slosh it around and around and up and down and back and forth and around and around, and pour out the excess, Don't try a second coat. Use the excess for tool handles.

My only addition is let it really dry. It takes days. The vapors seem heavier than air so an opening on the bottom of the tank really helps it dry better. The vapors just run out like water. Other wise the vapors just sit in the tank and won't let the coating dry. Sort of like paint drying in a closed can.

It's gonna take a little more than Red
Kote!

you can clean the area on the bottom to bare nmetal and then fiberglass. I would put a small piece of metal to close the hole first so the resin wont drip thru the hole.. Give a couple coats with cloth and resin and it would last forevr.
