anyone have any idea how to figure gals. per minn.on a 2 inch pvc pipe with 2 ft.lift push at 10 psi with two 90 elbows i come up with about 75 gal.

Need more info - is the 10 psi a pump? It would have a curve not a single point. If you somehow can hold 10 psi at any flow, you can solve it exactly with hazen-Williams hydraulic tables.

what i an doing is pushing water trough a sta-rite pool heater the psi going in is 10 to 12 per gauge psi coming out it is 8 psi per gauge . it calls for 75 to 90 gal per min. i think i am in the ball park

The type of elbow you use will make a difference in flow too. A sharp 90 degree elbow will slow down the flow a lot more than a long sweep elbow.

According to this site I found, gravity feeding water into a 2" dia. line, will yield around 55GPM. If you add 10psi to that yet. You could be 70+ GPM
Water Flow

How about a nearly exact number? Let it flow into a 55 gallon barrel & time to fill.
