Maybe I think about tractors too much

I saw this sign in downtown Houston, "Combine House and Auto Insurance".

First thing, I could not figure out why they were advertising combine insurance there, duh.

I think it might be for the house that you park the combine in?

When I read the first line of your post I thought of a house that looks like a combine !

Our 'wonderful' English language. Two words, each spelled exactly the same. Pronounced differently. Two different meanings. One is a noun, one is a verb. Confuseing even to those who grew up here speaking it. LOL!

Kind of like the "side delivery rake". My taciturn father always used that term. Questioning him was either unproductive, or a mistake. Some years later, when I found out what a "dump" rake is, I finally realized why he used that term. So, often times in our language, to understand a word, we have to know what preceded it.

"Central school" is another one. They're all central schools!!!!!! But when you find out they were preceded by the "district" schools, then you understand.

for the opposite situation, spelled different, sound the same but different meaning- Warning! Beastly Pun Alert!
What did the upstream swimming salmon say when he ran into a concrete wall????

Even the word "tractor" was shortened from "traction engine":

Dr Seuss put out a book (many decades ago) for adults, entitled "The Tough Coughs as he Ploughs the Dough", that deals with numerous foibles of the English language, though being a city boy, he didn't catch the combine/combine confusion.
