Zappe's used tractors

I went out this morning and took a picture of my parents house. The front yard looks like there is a used tractor sales lot (L.O.L). Between my dad tractors that he owns and mine put together. Since both of my parents had past away this year my older brother and sister wanted me to buy them out of the parents house. as you can see the front yard is not even big enough for the equipment. Instead I bought three acres and plan to take all the farm equipment go to do a small hobby farm. Happy Christmas to all of you out here and hope you have a good one to.

Yes you got it Bishop. My parents have lived in Paradise est. I have bought a place in Benton on Clark Ranch road. 3.16 acres.

My parents moved in to Bishop in 1989. A place called Paradise est. which is out of Bishop about 18 mile on highway 395 going to Mammoth. They had past on this year while I was in process of buying a place up here. I have bought a place in Benton Ca. which is between old Benton and new Benton. I needed land to build a shop and restore farm tractors which I found in Benton. 3.16 acres to build and garden. They tell me there is old mines there and plenty of dirt roads to go on which I look forward to doing this coming summer.

I am glad to see the blocks in front of the tractor tires. That looks like pretty steep ground.

Hi JD Seller:
Yes you are right since I Retired I was busy up here helping out my dad and till he past on in August. Than I became busy in cleaning up my parents house and then my house in Riverside to sell it. This past year since June has been very busy and no time to relax. This coming month hopefully I will be able to slow down a little and think threw on things to get done (who am I kidding L.O.L). My older brother and sister want to sell this house. So Yes I will be living at the property where I bought. the house looks like a log cabin type home but it is only 1,000 sq. ft. which is okay for a single guy like me. Thanks for asking Brent

All tractors are block front and back. Plus when parked up here at the house they are parked in gear with battery discounted. Dad one time parked my Allis Chalmers on the front yard forgot to block it and left it out of gear. Went in the house to get some thing to drink and came out found it across the street in a vacant lot where it stopped on a big bush. After that we put blocks in front of wheels.

I drove a truck around North America for 45 years,and had my favorite scenic routes.One of them was the trip up US 395 from Victorville Ca.,through Bishop,on into Reno,and on up into Oregon,and Spokane.Used to spend the night in Bishop sometimes,very nice area.
