What do these hydraulic end adapters fit?

Hey all,

Bought a coffee can of hydraulic tips and adapters, and was wondering what these adapters fit.

Those are Metro tips. With the female part mounted on the tractor, the hydraulic hoses
could be easily hooked up under pressure.

Do they fit a particular tractor? Is anyone looking for them, or are they just something to pitch in the metal barrel?

They were sold as aftermarket items and would fit any tractor.

As far as value, who knows. The right person, the right time, the right place, etc.
etc. etc.

Those would not work for AI because they are right-hand threads. lol

Dad and I used to joke about buying a boar with left-hand threads when we went boar shopping.

Several years later dad went to a class on AI and found out that boars actually had left-hand threads.

Yes, "Metro" hydraulic tips, but in the real world, useless as mammary appendages on a boar.

There was a joke about a guy with a cork screw -ock and then he finally found a gal with a cork screw -unt, but found out later she was left hand thread.

If he finds one with right hand threads she will probably be fine threaded. Cross thread is better than no thread I guess till they get dog knotted.

They must not be very popular, when I googled Metro- tips I found advice for public transportation in large cities! I wish I had quick disconnects that were easier to connect under pressure. Once I left our wood splitter out in the hot sun and I had trouble connecting it to the tractor, if it happens again I will just loosen one line.
