not just yet, after i get my biggest tractor fixed and re assembled it can, this ones outside and snow now would not be a help, but then we really done have a say in it

We lost about a foot of snow overnight, and and picked up .85" of rain. Temps were up to 48F at 2:30 am and now down to 31 at 11:30am, and windchill down to 21.

I was in Jacksonville, Florida once when it snowed there for the first time in 11 years. About a half inch that was gone by mid-morning.

Everywhere you went the next day, people would ask if you got up and watched it snow. My response was, "Any time I get out of a warm bed at 3am to watch it snow, that will be the day".

"I think I can, I think I can. . ."
Sister in law taught school in Berkely, CA some years back- they got an inch of snow, school immediately cancelled. Not because of difficulty getting around, but the superintendent said that this may be the only chance for some of these kids to play in snow, so I'm not going to be the one to deny them the chance.

Rained all last night here, too, Loren. We only have 4-6 inches of the stuff left. Getting colder here, too. Supposed to be below zero tonight, I believe?

D beatty, that's what you get living in Laport snow belt.

I may have gotten an inch a few days ago. Nothing last night. I'm going to be upset if I put chains and snow plow on and don't get quality time pushing snow this year. Only used tractor 1 time in past 2 years on snow duty.

It snows in Louisiana but not often. Be careful for what you wish for as you might not like it if your wish comes true. Happy holidays.

We got the rain the same rain you other guys got here in wny yesterday. Was still raining when I went to bed around 10. Got cold overnight and this morning everything was covered in ice. Just finally got a chance to go out and start the 300 cause I had family obligations all day. What a pain. Battery was down so I jumped it off my truck. Took quite a few cranks with starting and stalling before it would stay running. Had so much ice on the raincap it ran for 5 minutes before it melted it all off and worked right. Thus tractor is usually an excellent cold weather starter down below 0. Not today and it's only 17 here now.
