Hydraulic adapter

I need an adapter to go from the o-ring style to 1/2" npt. The o-ring side (female) will barely catch the threads from a male 1/2" npt. Any idea as to what size the o-ring style would be? This is on the back of a Farmall 504.

1/2" straight pipe threads might do it. if the thread pitch is the samethe straight threads are smaller and not tapered.

A female ORB that will just catch 1/2" male NPT threads will likely be a #10. Female thread ID of #10 ORB is 20.3MM. OD of 1/2NPT male threads is just over 3/4" (19.05mm)
at the small end of the taper. Does the ORB fitting take a 7/8" wrench (#10) or 1-1/16"(#12)

Tractor Supply should have the fitting you need as will Surplus Center on the Net.
