Doing chores the last few mornings I thought I could hear a kitten cry every now and again but a few quick checks here and there no sign of anything. This morning the kitten must have been really hungry and came out of hiding. I never saw any sign of mom so took him in for rescue. As soon as my wife laid eyes on him her face just beamed! I knew right away he had her heart. She gave him a bath warmed up some milk for him and even trained him to use the litter box today.So he makes now 3 cats and soon to be a puppy lol

Yeah, they'll do that to you. We have two "delinquents" from the same litter here. I've nicknamed them the wrecking crew.

Got to be careful Phillip. That's how we wound up with eight of the little critters. I get notices from the vet about one per month for some update or vaccination.

This is the runt I rescued abouttwo months ago. He and his sister were born very late in the season and the mother usually kills kittens that will not suvive winter. The sister was gone so I grabbed him. The black and white us Fluffer kitty. She is eight or nine and sleeps next to my pillow. If I throw a towel over my lap the next thing that happens is one or two have to hog my lap. I just call him the pest.

I read a line once "Who can be tense with a purring cat in your lap". That is unless the claws are digging in somewhere sensitive.

Always liked cats, but they are such Psychopathic killers, good thing these ones are small ,lol. Don't think I would trust a 100lb cat very far.

Amazing likeness to our departed Abby. She was also a stray that just walked up to me one day flee infested and hungry. I'm not a cat person but she captured my heart. I swear she thought she was a dog and was for sure my cat. She would follow me around everywhere. Stayed out in the shop with me and if I was on the couch she was either in my lap or curled up on the back of the couch.
