Serial Number on Cockshutt 560

Just having trouble finding the serial number on this cockshutt 560.

I did find information saying right side of the frame, but still not able to find it for sure...

Check on the other side of the frame not your picture side. Maybe stamped into the top of the frame about opposite the fuel filters. That's where it is on my Cockshutt 30. I believe the first numbers were the year built.

If I rember right on my 570 it is right on top of the tube rail should be on the side you have pictured if you would like you can drop that thing off to me in Ohio so it does not to live in that snow LOL

500 Series serial numbers are on the other side.

560. That will be a Perkins diesel. I have a 40 that originally had a Perkins diesel too. Serial on mine are left side, stamped into the top of the cast iron frame. I've got a partial 570 here too that I could check but not tonight.
