Tire work supplies

So this summer I bought a tire changer, for wagon / implement wheels, Skidloader, etc.

Where is a good place to order valves, cores, patches, etc?

I usually go to NAPA for bead seal, and valve stems. I have found the best tire bead lube..Alberto Vo5 hair conditioner. Its only $1.97 and it is slick and slippery, does the job well and the tires rinse off easily when you are all done. It is the cheapest and best tire lube that I have ever purchased !

I'm a fan of Myers Tire supply. They have branches in all major cities. From $10K tire machines to 35 cent core easy outs , they got it !

For tire plugs," that brown stiky rope you shove in the hole" the best I have found is the Camel brand. Holds right away and stays put. If you have a really big hole you need the plug patch from the inside. Just what I have found. Just for giggles, have you ever tryed those super heavy duty metal tubless valve stems? They are so tuff you could probably bend the rim. A vale stem fish is another handy litte tool. Saves a whole lot of squished fingers!

Buy them from a local tire shop, they will sell them, and they always have a fresh supply. Buy the same brand all of the time,Camel patches may not hold using Tip Top glue.

we sell tire repair supplies at huge discounts to chain stores due to we buy in large quantities ----email with needs and I will email you quotes ---we ship all across the us and satisfaction is guaranteed

I rarely plug a tire from the out side I dismount it and repair it the correct way from the inside. Its expensive to tool up and time consuming that/s why you will not see many go there.

Get a can of bead sealer a tire valve insulation tool and mounting lube (you can not use to much).

your local tire shop will usually sell you fresh patches and glue. We used Meyers tire supply for a few things and Bowes products for most of our patches and glues. Remember tire plugs are a lawyers best friend.
