I've been on a diet for 6 weeks by eating 4 meals a day keeping total calorie intake around 1600. I've gotten my BMI down to 23.7. Hoping to get it to 22. Feels good not carrying around extra pounds.

I may have to difficulty sticking to my diet over the holidays.

what kind of a meal has only 400 calories? Some guys I know have 400 calories in sweet cream and sugar in a cup of coffee. Maybe I should drop off battery chargers and any other electronic things to keep your mind off food during holidays!!!!!
 
Good for you. 13 lbs and you will reach goal in 3-4 months.
For me loosing weight in the winter is difficult.
 
There are many 300/400 calorie frozen pot pie, TV dinners that are low in sodium. Progressive soups 100 or less. A salid with grilled chicken brest, vinegar and limeom juice.


My last late night snack is Apple pie and a 110 calorie ice cream sandwich, 230 calories. Small piece of pie.

Breakfast is half bagel, cream cheese, 3 slices of black forest ham.

I have stomach issues and getting rid of the tool shed is better than surgery.

Now parts of my body are getting wet in the shower. Also shocking to see all my parts without a full length mirror.
