it is a 7.5l x 15 usually for a front tractor or implement tire, usually 6 ply rated but used to be able to get some 8 plys.

That is a size, in real numbers.

To figure metric size (which is what I assume you are looking for), multiply tread width by 25.4, that is the width. Second number is sidewall height, which is a percent of tread width.

Sorry, I couldn't find a calculator to make it easy.

Charlisle 6.00-16= 29.1 H, 6.2 W, 16" x 4.5" rim, 1140lb load
Charlisle 7.5L-15= 29.1 H, 8.0W, 15" x 6" rim, 1430lb load

As you can see 7.5L-15 is same height as 6.00-16 but wider with heavier load rating
7.5L-15 is the standard tire on my Ford 4000SU.
