Well, it got here. Maybe a foot with more to come today. Schools closed. Probably a good idea for today. But it just drives me nuts how everyone from the weather guessers to the janitor overstates the effects of weather. So we got some snow, big deal. Plow the driveway, go on about your business and relax.

We got snow Friday in NW Iowa, it is all gone but some grassy areas now.

I think it's probably better if they over predict a storm so more people prepare for it. If they under predict and someone dies that would not be good.

WE got about 2"- 3" here in the valleys but the mountains got about 12". Just going out to look for Deer. We are in Vermont.

Well Don , that's what you get for living on the south side of Lake Ontario.No Snow here on the north shore, just lot's of wind to blow from here across the lake , to bring you more snow.

I was mowing anger sucking up leafs for the last time. Need to remove mower, then put chains and snow plow on tractors.

WE got 8-9 inches the other day. Funny for us cause the ground ain't frozen yet.
