It looks in pretty good shape,it is a 560 gas,,The house behind it is the house we grew up in.

I was there this afternoon.my neice showed me her two pot bellied pigs

Spent many hours on a 560 gasser with 4
row quick catch cultivator. Hard to
beat a 560...this coming from Deere
man. So the pigs just pets or bacon in
the waiting?

My FIL had a 560 to the bitter end, bought it new, said it was his favorite. He also had a 4020, 4240 and a 4840 JD.

560 gassers are good chore and odd job tractors, but if you work 'em hard on tillage or hard pulling PTO work they'll burn a lot of fuel...5
gallons an hour......diesel version burns about 2-2 1/2 doing the same job.....and seem to,have more lugging power like the 4 cylinder tractors
they replaced. My uncle started with a gasser, but replaced it and his SMTA with diesels ASAP..
