just purchased wd45....after adding hydraulic fluid, using tractor for 20 minutes and parking...noticed fluid leaking from access panel cover turn buckles and dip stick does not register any fluid. any suggestions what is going on?

If the tractor was used with the Hydraulic reservoir low, the front Seal will run DRY and be ruined..I'd guess that is where your leak is..

Probably will need to lift the engine out to replace that seal..not a real bad job at all...

looks like what the manual calls the engine clutch housing inspection cover where the fluid is coming out

It will not hurt anything as long as the oil level is on the stick ( or maybe lower)..

If it is not loosing too much oil, I wouldn't worry much about it..

There is also a seal between the hydraulic system and the transmission. Older WDs had only one seal here and sometimes leaked hydraulic oil into the transmission. Later ones and 45s had two seals, one facing each way. There is a kit to upgrade older models to the 2 seal system. Probably you have two seals here and this isn't where you are leaking, just some information.
