Bay City Shovel, McCormick Deering engine, need some help

We Just acquired a Bay City Shovel and need a little help. It has a McCormick Deering engine with serial number 3214. Shovel is serial number 1163.

Years ago, someone cut the tracks off and put on the rubber tires, but still chain driven.

We think the engine is a 15-30, but not positive. It has a flat fan belt.

Looking for service and operators manual to help us do simple maintenance.

We have another Bay City shovel with the same engine with serial 5179, but probably beyond restoration.

Any help you could give us is much appreciated.

Do you have any pictures of the machine and
the engine? That would probably help figure
it out as well

Since I'm new to the forum, moderator hasn't posted my pic yet. The engine SN is 3214. I don't see that listed. This is a chain drive, some of the manuals say "Gear Drive". Can't tell which model it is.

Someone thought it's a 15-30, but we're not sure.
