Been working on converting my M farmall over to 12v with a mag. well, after considerable cussing and a few $$$$ Ive got it converted over.

Now, this evening I'm sitting here with a bloody mary and my mutt sanding and brushing the teardrop head light. There is so much rust and grim I'm having a grounding issues. Spent all day doing the same on the other head light and finely got it working. The wife is cooking supper and i chilling back with my dog and a brass brush. work never ends on these old tractors.

Now let me tell you! I am starting to figure things out at the ripe
age of 66. I only had one Snapper lawn mower 20 odd years ago. Then I
bought an old JD 160 lawn tractor to be a "tug" tractor. Then I got a
Troy pony mower, then a cub cadet 108, then a case ingersoll, then a
cadet 1330, then my two Husqvarnas and a 1977 CUB. Do you see where
this is going? Trouble is that everyone of them needs a little tinker
here or there now and then. Now Multiply 5hat by about twenty pieces
of equipment! Oh I forgot two Gravelys, a beauty of a trac-vac, five
assorted sizes of generators, fifty piece chainsaw collection.......
