John Deere 6620 countershaft

Had a bearing go out on 6620 countershaft right side. I have outside sheave off and need to get the large nut inside the inside sheave loose. Is it right or left handed? I can't get it too come loose with my 1/2 drive impact. Looks to have been worked on before, bearing support has nice paint and part sticker still on it. I suppose they could have lock tighted the threads. I don't know how I would heat it, as far in the tube as it is. Wanted to make sure which way it is suppose to loosen. Thanks for any help. I shut it down as soon as i heard the growl, balls are out of the bearing, don't know yet if the bearing turned on the shaft.

The nuts on both ends of the countershaft are the same part number, and standard RH thread.

Hopefully, you have a good 1/2" impact wrench or a 3/4" and can zip it off in far less time than it took to type this!

They are a lock nut if memory serves me right. I had the one on the other side off on my 6620 when I rebuilt the header clutch. I know I put a new one on when I reassembled it. Seems like I engaged the separator with the motor off and maybe used a bar to to keep it from turning then used a 3/4 drive socket with a cheater bar. I do remember it was very difficult to remove. Don't remember the torque but they need to be tight when you reinstall.

Had some free time to work on it today, i picked up a 3/4 impact, it hammered a bit, with it slowly turning a bit at time, but finally got it loose. Looks like it may have had some thread lock on it. Pulley came loose off the shaft with not a lot a force on the puller. Found the bearing housing broken and bearing with no balls, shaft looks ok. Was hoping it used the same housing as my junked 6600, but no such luck.
