I told them I was heading to Texas in the morning with cash in hand.....what do you think their response will be?

Hello again,

The machine is insured during shipping. We are a trucking company and we deliver the unit ourselves. It will cost us just the fuel.In case anything happens during transport or if you find anything with the machine that it isn't like we have described , you will get your money back without charges of any kind. The machine will come with all the documents necessary for the registration:
A bill of sale, which also states that the machine is free of liens and all encumbrances.
Ownership with our signature for release to sell.
You will have 5 days after you receive the machine to inspect it. You will get all your money back, without any deduction of any kind, in case the machine does not meet all what we represented so far.If you decide on purchasing the machine ,please don't forget to send us your full name and billing address for the bill of sale and to start the transaction and receive the invoice from J.P. Morgan Escrow.

(quoted from post at 18:46:07 10/06/16) SCAM SCAM SCAM

The most scam ads I have seen have to be on CL Salt Lake City when you search Deere! I guess the Mormons are easy prey LOL!

I thought that a brother had the trucking company. JP Morgan yet, can't be anything shady about them.

So explain this to me. Are they expecting you to show up with $18,100 cash in hand? How exactly are these bozo's expecting to get your money? I agree it's a scam, but how?

The scam is you do not go there in person and pay for the item in person and take it with you. Eldon will never hear back.

You wire the money ahead and then it will be delivered to you by a trucking company. The item does not exist and your money will be long gone.

I know a friend of a friend that fell for this on a compact Deere. College educated supposedely smart....well. He did get a bogus serial # and ran it and it was not stolen. The low price was simply too tempting for him and $12k he is out.

Moral of the story is that if you can not goto the spot and physically see the item and then pay for the item yourself and haul it away then pass regardless of how good the price looks.
