Are you using the loader with the clutch pedal down???? The transmission charge pump does not turn when you have the clutch pedal down. This starves the main pump and makes it cavitate. This will make you lose lift and makes it jumpy.

If your not just having problems with the clutch down then you need to check the system pressure. If it is just above the priority valve setting you could be losing SCV and rockshaft hydraulics. When your having lift issues does the steering still work OK????

We need a little more information of what you mean by "losing power". and what your doing when it happens.

You might drain the hyd. oil and clean the sump screen...install a new filter too(which is the first thing I would do just to see if it has crap in it).

How is the loader plumbed-up?...Does it have it's own loader-valve or use the SCV's?

No bleeding required cycling loader boom up/down will purge any air from loader hyd system. My 1st guess is loader control valve is open-center in lieu of closed center.

this afternoon I did not not use clutch and I did not experience a problem, what i was doing did not to move. is there any way around it special you dig or move dirt you have use clutch.?

If your using the rear hydraulic hook up they dump to the sump and the charge pump has to push all the oil back to the main hydraulic pump.

When I am putting a loader on a JD tractor like yours I plumb the hydraulics to where they return the oil to the filter cup. This oil then goes directly to the main hydraulic pump with out the charge pump having to pump all of it. You need an external close center valve to do this. You can not sue the rear selective control valves. I also usually plumb the supply form a tee fitting in the rock shaft supply line. This frees up the rear outlets for other use.

I opened my email. So you can email me and we can talk directly then.

Also in lieu of returning to ported hyd filter cover you could return oil to rockshaft return line.

Heres where JD Seller was referring to getting pressure oil.
