Shipping tractor tires

I live in oregon and I'm looking at some 9-32 tractor tires on wheels in New York. Anybody have shipping recommendations? Thanks, Paul

I recently had a pair of the WHO tractor ride 13.6 X 38 tires shipped from Nebraska to Indiana. FedEx hauled them to the local farm store as they would not deliver to my residence. Both tires were banded to a pallet, left on a Monday and arrived on a Thursday.

Find a trucking company with a terminal near you. Then have the seller take them to the nearest trucking terminal near him. I found that trucking companies work together and it was a heckuva lot cheaper to have them shipped terminal to terminal and not door to door. I've had several sets shipped that way. My closest terminal is 16 miles away.

If I recall the shipping was one hundred twenty. I've heard Fastenal works well for shipping too. Have a neighbor that has shipped Farmall M engines that way.

I have several shipping companies and fasenals near me. I will see what I can find out tomorrow. I'm waiting for the seller to get back to me right now.
Thanks for the suggestions.

We ship stuff from work all the time from Ohio. I'll tell you it seems like when you have to go over the Rockies the price SKYROCKETS !
