Guatemala church build and 2 tractors

Worked on a church and activity building in Guatemala last week. The steel frame was just finished by a Guatemala crew before we got there. The team started on the building Monday and finished on Friday then we did a medical clinic that seen 250 family's

Good for you! We went on a mission trip to Costa Rica with our kid's church group some years ago, working in an orphanage. They still talk about it. Ben

One of our church members granddaughter is a missionary in Guatemala. Very poor living conditions for sure.

My middle son just returned from a mission trip near Tehuacan Mexico. Up in the mountain villages the don't speak spanish, they speak something similar to Mayan. They had to take a "local" along to translate back to spanish for a couple in the group that could speak spanish. I guess it was too remote for the conquistadors to mess with!

You didn't work with a Steve K and his son from Jamestown Mi did you? That is a coworker of mine that also went on a mission trip to Guatemala last week to work on building a church.
