I met a couple YT fellows at the Albert City show this weekend. I had a nice chat with fixerupper & Old Popper then later I ran into Kelly Barnett & saw his nice display of Armstrong engines. All were a good bunch of guys. Gerald
 
Reminds me of a Groucho Marx saying, "I wouldn't belong to any club that would allow the likes of me as a member" lol

Each winter at Florida Flywheelers several of us YT'ers meet up NOW THATS A ROUGH CREW (other then yours truly of course) LOL

Same thing at Oakley Michigan. I was surprised at how many I ran in to on the 127 Yard Sale last week. Kentucky seemed to be a real hot spot for running in to them for some reason.
 
Gerald it was a nice meeting and very nice to meet you. After I left you and Old Popper I was kicking myself for not whipping out the smart phone to take a couple pics. Too bad we had the rain shower right during the Guinness horse plowing yesterday but they kept plugging away and got it done. I haven't heard if they got the record. I do know they had enough horses out there plowing but I don't know if they met all of the qualifications. I hope to stop by your place on one of our trips to CB. Marilyn's surgery is Sept 6.
 
I too regretted not getting a few pictures, maybe next time. Enjoyed meeting you and your wife.

I got home this afternoon / evening around 7:30pm (on Sunday). Going to wait to unload until tomorrow after getting home from work. The darn rain fairies were out in force it seemed. Quite a bit of slick mud around the grounds but it didn't seem to hurt attendance on Saturday. Great to meet new old iron hounds. Just not enough time in the day to do things justice..... To future shows an more face to face time.... Take care and have a blast preserving the past....
