Oklahoma Museum

O.K. Guys need some help year or so ago going thru Oklahoma on I40 I stopped on North side of interstate at a museum . I am thinking Elk City doe any one know the name of this museum.

I think it is part of Route 66

There is a Route 66 museum in elk city on old Route 66 just outside of downtown. It's north of the interstate. I dknt remember the name but I bet that's the place.

In addition to the National Route 66 Museum mentioned below, the Cowboy Hall of Fame in Oklahoma City is a great place to visit!

There is also a good museum in Weatherford, OK. It is on the south side of I-40 in the east edge of town. Lots of old stuff from the past there. Don't recall the name of it though.
